At the 6th sitting of its Spring Session on 22 May, Ali Majlis (Parliament) passed two laws in the first reading. 

The first of these was the Law on the execution of the budget of the autonomy for 2023. According to the law, budget revenues amounted to AZN 184.4 million and expenditures AZN 504.3 million respectively.

Furthermore, the Ali Majlis adopted amendments to the law on elections to the parliament of the autonomy in the first reading.
